Perot Museum of Science and Nature

Crow Museum of Asian Art

The Crow Museum of Asian Art is dedicated to celebrating the arts and culture across Asia, from ancient to contemporary. The collection spans three galleries, including Chinese jades, Buddhist sculptures, intricately painted Japanese screens, and more. The museum spans over three galleries, with the second and third connected by a glass sky bridge overlooking the Seated Daoist Deity fountain.

The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza

Known as one of Texas’ most visited historic sites, The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza chronicles the life, death, and legacy of President John F. Kennedy. The museum is in the former Texas School Book Depository building, where sniper Lee Harvey Oswald killed President Kennedy in 1963. After, board the JFK trolley tour to visit other key sites, including the Texas Theatre and Oswald’s rooming house.

Frontiers of Flight Museum

Located next to the Dallas Love Field Airport, the Frontiers of Flight Museum highlights the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area’s tremendous role in aviation throughout history. The museum memorializes the pioneers of flight from the 1920s and 30s, through World War II, and up to the jet and rocket age of today.

Dallas Holocaust Museum

In 1984, 125 local Holocaust survivors founded the Dallas Holocaust Museum to educate visitors on the genocide and promote human rights. Now, the museum is an immersive, interactive journey, with state-of-the-art technology including the Dimensions in Testimony theater, offering visitors the rare opportunity to interact virtually with a Holocaust Survivor.

Meadows Museum

Nicknamed “Prado on the Prairie,” the Meadows Museum on the campus of Southern Methodist University is home to one of the largest collections of Spanish art outside of Spain. The Meadows one of Dallas’ hidden art gems. Here, visitors will find masterpieces from Spanish masters, including Miro, Velazquez, Goya, Picasso, and more.
